Nexus

Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of terms

By creating a workspace on Nexus you accept these terms on behalf of the company you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use license

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your company's internal business operations for as long as your subscription is active.

User accounts

You are responsible for the accounts you create in your workspace, for keeping credentials confidential and for everything done under them. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Payments & subscriptions

Every plan starts with a free trial. After the trial the subscription is billed monthly or yearly in advance at the price shown on the pricing page. Unpaid subscriptions may be suspended; you can cancel at any time and the workspace remains available until the end of the paid period.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to store or transmit unlawful material, to infringe the rights of others, to attempt to access other workspaces or the underlying infrastructure, or to resell the service without our written agreement.

Intellectual property

The software, design and branding of Nexus remain our property. The data you enter into your workspace remains yours; you grant us only the rights needed to host and process it for you.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is established. Disputes will be brought before the courts of that jurisdiction.
