Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
Introduction
This policy explains what information Nexus collects when you create a workspace, how it is used and the choices you have. By using the service you agree to the practices described here.
What data we collect
We collect the details you give us when registering (company name, contact name, email address, phone number) and the data your team enters into your workspace: employee records, customers, deals, projects, invoices and related documents. We also record basic technical information such as IP addresses and browser type for security and diagnostics.
How we use your data
Your account details are used to provision and bill your workspace and to contact you about the service. The data inside your workspace is processed only to provide the features you use. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms against forgery and remember preferences such as language and theme. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
Third-party services
Payments are handled by the payment providers configured on this platform; card details are entered directly with them and never stored by us. Transactional emails are delivered through our mail provider. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
How we protect your data
Every workspace runs in its own database, so your data is never mixed with another company's. Connections are encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and access to production systems is restricted to authorised staff. Backups are taken regularly.
Your rights
You can access, correct and export the data in your workspace at any time from within the application. You may ask us to delete your workspace and all of its data; we will do so within 30 days unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
